Recognized as a global leader in the hospitality industry, Fairmont San Jose needed a major upgrade of its rooms and suites to maintain its sterling ratings and superior guest experience. Work performed was a comprehensive multi-phase fast-track occupied renovation including over 500 Rooms, Suites, Boardrooms, Presidents Quarters, Common Areas, ADA Code Upgrades, Main Bar and all affected areas; all completed ahead of schedule, on or under budget.
