Tenant improvement on 100,000 square feet including offices, manufacturing and warehouse. Facility was relocated from Fremont to Union City. Manufacturing floor included installation of 300 CDA (compressed dry air) drops and 1200 electrical drops. Seismic upgrades were made to lobby and stairwell. Relocation of machine shop. Labs were converted to exercise room, office, break room and showers. On the second floor a chase was infilled, offices and break rooms were added, seismic upgrade to stairs with new railing installation. Accessibility upgrade to existing path of travel was made to the exterior site.
